Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, investment advisory, or asset management • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products, including: o Mutual Funds o Equities o Fixed Income o Structured Products o Multi-Asset Solutions • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and larger audiences • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Familiarity with financial platforms and market data tools such as Bloomberg, Reuters, Morningstar, or similar systems • Good knowledge and practical use of modern AI and productivity tools is considered a strong advantage • Highly motivated and proactive team player with strong organizational and multitasking skills • Strategic mindset with the ability to take ownership and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job purpose

• Support senior advisors in the ongoing management of client relationships and advisory activities • Coordinate and follow up on investment orders and execution processes • Assist in the preparation of investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and client presentations • Monitor portfolios, asset allocation, investment performance, and cash management activities • Ensure accurate follow-up of transactions, documentation, and internal processes • Participate in advisory desk coverage, including scheduled market and client monitoring support • Investment Development & Research • Conduct market research across various asset classes and investment themes • Support investment screening and analysis, providing ideas and recommendations for potential investment opportunities • Monitor financial markets, macroeconomic developments, and investment trends • Maintain and update the advisory investment universe, watchlists, and reporting tools • Contribute to the preparation of investment publications, market commentaries, and marketing materials • Assist in developing internal investment presentations and client communication materials
